Securonix Starts 2020 with Recognition for SIEM and Cloud Security Market Leadership

It’s always an honor to earn recognition in our industry and we are proud to learn that Securonix has recently been recognized with two industry awards.

For the second year in a row, Cyber Defense Magazine has named Securonix as a winner in its InfoSec Awards program. Evaluated by CISSP, FMDHS, CEH, certified security professionals, the Securonix platform was named the Market Leader in Security Information Event Management (SIEM).

We are also honored to take home a Cybersecurity Excellence Award for the third year in a row. What makes the recognition different this year, however, is that our win comes in the coveted Cloud Security category – a key area of innovation for Securonix.

Over the last year, we have made significant investments in data science, engineering, and leadership to further expand the capabilities of our next-generation SIEM. That’s meant moving our solution to a cloud SaaS-based platform, and broadening our solution to include security orchestration automation and response (SOAR), network traffic analysis (NTA), and a comprehensive list of cloud connectors. These components come together to make the Securonix Security Operations and Analytics Platform the standout solution it is today – one that’s in high demand across our client base and that we believe has helped us advance in the Leader quadrant of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for SIEM.

We believe that hybrid is the new normal and that hackers will target applications across hybrid environments regardless of where they reside. Securonix Next-Gen SIEM not only includes user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) at its heart, but is a total cloud solution, with complete functional parity with on-premises solutions. SIEM, UEBA, Security Data Lake, SOAR, and NTA are all delivered as a cloud SaaS solution, with zero infrastructure for businesses to manage. This allows analysts to focus on threat detection and remediation, while orchestration playbooks simplify and automate response.

We are honored that the hard work of our team has been acknowledged by these two awards programs this year. And, as we return from RSAC and an excellent Securonix Spark 2020, we’re newly invigorated by some of security’s brightest minds and ready to continue pushing the industry forward.
